Concert

Just attended a concert by a 43 year old performer who definitely does not look nor perform like one of that age. She is hot! While she does not have a svelte figure nor the look, she is definitely a woman who is comfortable with her size and full of confidence with her own ability or inability. How many of us are that secure or at ease with our own ineptness, awkwardness and clumsiness? I know that I am not. Someone used the phrase "brutually frank with ourselves" today and I think this is precisely what I need to do.
